1. Introduction

Welcome to Joeanna Caffrey Flowers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services, including the purchase of fresh flowers and non-perishable goods from us, either online or in-store.

By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

 

2. Products and Availability

We sell fresh flowers, floral arrangements, and non-perishable items such as vases, gifts and wreaths. All products are subject to availability.

  • Fresh Flowers: Due to seasonal availability, flower types and colours may vary. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of similar value and style where necessary.

  • Non-Perishables: We strive to keep our online and in-store inventory up to date, but some items may be out of stock or discontinued without notice.

 

 

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders can be placed through our website, by phone, or in-store.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order using accepted methods (credit/debit card, cash in-store).

  • When ordering online, you will receive an order confirmation once your payment has been successfully processed.

  • All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

 

 

4. Delivery and Collection

When ordering fresh flowers we offer Next Day delivery within Dublin.  Flowers must be ordered before 3pm the previous day to be eligible. For non-perishable items we offer nationwide delivery with a courier. 

  • Delivery charges are €15 and we may deliver fresh flowers at any time within the chosen day.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that delivery information provided is accurate.

  • If no one is available at the delivery address, we may leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour, unless instructed otherwise.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, courier issues).

  • Click-and-collect options are available for local customers from any of our stores

 

 

5. Cancellations and Refunds

a. Fresh Flowers

  • Orders for fresh flowers can be cancelled or amended provided the flowers have not already been made or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make changes to your order. Once dispatched we will be unable to offer a refund.

  • Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not issued once an order has been made or delivered.

b. Non-Perishable Items

  • For unused and unopened non-perishable items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer rights.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty product (excluding fresh flowers), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. We will either replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.

 

 

7. Gift Messages 

We are happy to include personal messages with your order. However, we reserve the right to refuse messages we consider offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

 

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

 

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.  Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.

 

 


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

 

 

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
