Refund policy

 

Joeanna Caffrey Flowers – Returns & Refund Policy


Effective Date: November 2025

Thank you for shopping with Joeanna Caffrey Flowers. We are committed to delivering the highest quality products and services. Please read our Returns and Refunds Policy carefully, especially as it applies differently to fresh flowers and non-perishable products.

 


 

1. Fresh Flowers and Floral Arrangements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not offer returns on floral arrangements once they have been delivered or collected from our stores. However, your satisfaction is very important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection by either calling +353 1 458 7677 or emailing info@joeannacaffrey.ie. please also provide:

  • Your name and details of when and where the flowers were purchased or delivered

  • How they have been maintained and the conditions they have been kept in

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo of the flowers, if applicable

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement of the same value, or offer a credit note at our discretion. Claims made after 24 hours of receipt may not be eligible for refund or replacement due to the perishable nature of the product.

 


 


2. Non-Perishable Products

This includes items such as vases, wreaths, artificial flowers and non-perishable goods purchased instore or online

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, in line with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Alternatively, you can return in person to one of any of our stores.

Please contact us before returning any item by emailing  info@joeannacaffrey.ie, and we will provide return instructions. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

 


 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs, as appropriate.

 


 



4. Cancellations

  • Orders for fresh flowers can be cancelled or amended provided the flowers have not already been made or dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible should you wish to make changes to your order. Once dispatched we will be unable to offer a refund.

  • Non-perishable items can also be cancelled at any time before they are shipped. Once shipped you will need to follow the returns process.
